The Softball Sisters Big Buddy Program is a special partnership between our local girls softball league and the Adolfo Camarillo High School Softball Program designed to inspire, mentor, and empower the next generation of athletes. Through this program, our young players are paired with Camarillo High School softball athletes who serve as positive role models both on and off the field.

Our “Big Buddies” share their love of the game by attending practices and games, offering skill tips, cheering from the dugout and building meaningful one-on-one connections. More than just improving fundamentals, this program helps our players gain confidence, strengthen teamwork and see a clear pathway for their future in softball.

The Softball Sisters program creates lasting bonds between youth and high school athletes, uniting our softball community and fostering leadership, encouragement and school pride. Together we’re building more than athletes — we’re building friendships, mentorship and a stronger softball family in Camarillo.
